STEVE HUDSON JOINS OMNILINK SYSTEMS AS VICE PRESIDENT

ATLANTA - July 11, 2006 - Telecommunications veteran Steve Hudson has joined Omnilink Systems as Vice President of Business Development. Hudson, who has more than 13 years of telecommunications experience, is responsible for expanding the global distribution, product portfolio, and capabilities of Omnilink's location-aware software through business partnerships with wireless carriers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), systems integrators, independent software vendors and direct enterprise companies.

Omnilink's location software and services employ a combination of cellular technology, Global Positioning System (GPS), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and situation-specific sensors to determine the status of people and objects that can move, and inform clients immediately if relevant vital factors such as location, time, temperature, route, volume and pressure go outside predetermined thresholds.

"Steve Hudson brings a very deep location based services domain expertise to the Omnilink team," said Steve Aninye, president, Omnilink Systems. "He has been instrumental in driving our partnerships with wireless carriers such as Sprint and many of our OEM partners."

Prior to joining Omnilink, Hudson was with Sprint PCS for eight years, where he rose to senior manager of strategic business development. In this capacity, he supported the emergence of Sprint's wireless Private Label Services Group and Location Based Services by leading strategy and the pursuit of partner relationships with companies like Microsoft.

Hudson holds a master of business administration degree from Rockhurst University and dual bachelor degrees in Business Marketing and Management from Kansas State University. He is a charter member of the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association's Machine to Machine Action Team, an active member of CTIA's Location Based Services Action Team and speaks frequently at telecommunications industry events. Hudson resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with his family.
