OMNILINK SYSTEMS INTRODUCES FOCALPOINT WEB-BASED MONITORING APPLICATION

ATLANTA - June 6, 2006 - Omnilink Systems, a leader in the emerging field of Vital Status Services (VSS), will launch FocalPoint, a Web-based application expected to streamline offender monitoring, at the Innovative Technologies for Community Corrections Conference, June 12-14 in Atlanta. The second component of Omnilink's comprehensive suite of monitoring solutions, FocalPoint is a highly configurable exception-based platform, enabling users to specify the monitoring criteria and receive real-time alerts if exceptions occur, via automated voice calls, text message, pager, email, fax, etc. FocalPoint's inter-operability architecture makes it very easy to integrate the system into pre-existing applications to make the customer's value chain even more effective.

FocalPoint works with Omnilink i, a first-of-its-kind ankle-worn device designed for offenders. Omnilink i uses a unique combination of technologies including GPS, cellular network, AFLT and CDMA to provide location information in highly impaired environments, including inside a building, a train, a bus, etc. FocalPoint also supports other devices, including off-the-shelf cell phones, to track and provide personal safety to other people, including victims, witnesses, prosecutors and judges.
