Domestic Violence Offender Monitoring

The most dangerous time for a domestic violence victim can be immediately after a protection order is issued.

Especially if the offender's whereabouts are unknown.

Too many domestic violence offenders are released from jail only to seek out and abuse their victims again. With this in mind, it's time officers had 24/7 visibility into offender locations and proximity to intended victims.

And that's what Omnilink's domestic violence offender monitoring solution is all about. The combination of our one-piece electronic monitoring device, a small device carried by the victim, and our unique "Mobile Exclusion Zones" can notify law enforcement and the intended victim when the offender gets too close.

GPS Offender Tracking Tool

Omnilink's offender monitoring device tracks where GPS alone can't.

Here's how it works:

First, the offender is fitted with a single-unit, 100% waterproof monitoring bracelet equipped with both cellular and GPS technology – the industry's only device that can track offenders outdoors and indoors, where GPS alone can't. Additionally, the device has the longest battery life in the industry.

Then, officers set up "Mobile Exclusion Zones" that correspond with an area or zone around the small device carried by the victim.  When the offender crosses into one of these forbidden zones, both the victim and law enforcement can be notifed.
