Summary
Need Regional Sales Managers for Philadelphia and Salt Lake City areas. These managers will be responsible for managing the sales cycles for the lease and sale of Omnilink's offender management system. The sales cycles are complex and require experience in channel and government sales for success. The regional Sales manager is responsible for managing sales within a geographic region.

Requirements

  • Beating quotas for sales for over 4+ years
  • Experience with long sales cycles and complex sales with multiple decision makers in each deal
  • Ability to travel over 12 days per month
  • Very good communication skills
  • Experience in pipeline forecasting

Preferred

  • Experience with Electronic Monitoring equipment
  • Government Sales Experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with online meeting software (GoToMeeting, WebEx, etc.)
  • Have a 4 year degree
